I have seen a brilliant bit of Flash, and I was wondering how it could be done... I am a total novice

The thing I am looking at is at www.microsoft.com/xbox - the navigation system on the left.

If anyone could shed some light, i'b be eternally grateful!

Silly me! I looked at the other posts in this forum, and went to the "Flashkit" website - and hey presto, there it was on the first page
