its not effect in the other page ,,

I have a frame page name index.html inside it there is another page name index2.html and index3.html
so if I add the command (

it will not work in the index2 and 3
so i can add the command in the tow pages but I don't want that
can any one help me to do it
so only i add in the main page (index.html)

Because of the manner of frames, there is really no other way to do it. A frames document just references other documents, and it is in those pages that you need to add the stylesheet tag.
