Ah, the good old device name crash.

First things first - fire up IE and go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/

Download *ALL* the Critical Updates, follow the prompts onscreen, and let the system reboot.

Then you can come back and safely find his IP, ban his sorry rear end, and delete the post.

Tell your users to go to Windows Update and do the critical updates thing as well. It's very important to keep your systems up to date.

he did it again... this time i go to the post#.cgi and view it, it more than just few lines as i capture above. I guess my mistake here is to turn on the html option on the forum.
