Firstly, how can I make a category WITHOUT forums and just enter text under it?

Example: http://64.125.80.57/cgi-bin/Waldo/ultimatebb.cgi - way down at the bottom where it says "Waldo's Affiliates" and "Sept. 11"

Secondly, how can I make a link to a forum become an external link? (i.e. call a forum "Search" then link to Yahoo)
