i'm want to use qasic's avatar hack (www.qasic.com -> products -> ubb)
that i'm using in the englishe original forum with version
Ultimate Bulletin BoardTM 6.1.0.3
right now with the german board version
Ultimate Bulletin BoardTM 6.05

any chance ? is there a workaround to make it compatible ?

Am I the only confused one here? You can choose the 6.0x version and the 6.1x version:
