I have "Who's Online" installed on our UBB. It seems to have locked up. It always shows the same number of/same people online.

Also when I try to change any of the "Who's online" settings in the control panel it says thank you your settings have been updated but nothing is changed.

Is thre some pref file or something that may have become corrupt and needs to be rebuilt/trashed?

Try deleting online.cgi in your Members directory for the locked up listing. I am not very sure about the setting changes. Check your installation again.
