Are you talkimg about the ICQ icon that changes colour if they are online, idle or offline?

Yes it works but the user has to have their 'allow my presence visiable from the web' option enabled in icq

use icq.com instead...

Try using http://www.icq.com/scripts/online.dll And replace the wwp.mirabilis.com with wwp.icq.com? I'm not sure but give it a try..

these are what will work now.....

www.icq.com will not work
wwp.mirabilis.com will not work

Thanks for the links cyberspring...but basically neither of them would work? Well, might as well try the ICQ, nothing to lose!

In ubb_library2.pl I used:

http://web.icq.com/scripts/online.dll?icq=&img=5

And in ubbmisc.cgi I used:

http://wwp.icq.com/scripts/WWPMsg.dll

for the form. Seems to be working just fine...but I'm still observing things closely.

Thanks Tony, I apprciate the links, I will bookmark this thread. Its odd though - I got online, just about to hack the ICQ....and what do you know? Looks like Mirabilis are back online....oh well, now we dont have to alter it!
