NOw how did that happen? I found one another member that this has happened too.
Any ideas ? Any clue how the fix it ?

Yeah all ya have to do is get rid of all instances in his/her member file of : 353 and replace it with the name.

I wonder how it happened in the first place..

NOw I know what did it, I installed the karma hack.
Once a rated someone, it changed their name and messed up all the codes.
I don't understand why once a rate someone, it gives my code errors

That must be conflicting with another hack, and the member file isnt being written correctly, ie. fields on the wrong lines. Hence your problem.

And to answer your question, yes I did.
I forgot the setup MaxWPLevel, in the karma control panel.
Works great now, but I'm having some problems with my custom ranks and karma.
Not a big problem, but I had to remove the ratings from threads.. People ratings can still be viewed throught their profile.
