Just a note:
All winners of the Members Spotlight Award have been issued their respective award images. I did use the old image because I felt that we had to send them something or else the award process would start losing its appeal.
In the future, I do not see any reason to change this award, especailly since the only thing that's inconsistent is the "UBBDEV" and that's a marginal argument at best. However, I am willing to hear other arguments.
