Finished doesn't only mean that it's bugfree, it also means that all publically viewable text is Wordletized.
If you really want bugs: public_edit_profile.pl doesn't select the current avatar, it doesn't show it for children under the age of 13.
Allen, I suggest you to add a rule in the guidelines that the code must not be hard coded (like in this mod).
