[6.1x] Image Limit Hack 1.4 MHK

This is a "ported" version of the Image Limit Hack for UBB 6.x, originally by ClanKiller and updated with CP interface by TyRaN.

Using this hack you can set the number of images that users can post in their messages. This is settable from the Control Panel.

I didn't write it, I merely updated it to work with UBB 6.1x.

I'm posting this here with their permission.

I'm releasing this as a final version. Some expressed interest in an option to be able to set per forum. If I go forth with that, I'll release a new version.

Hmm, oops. I did that in my MHK file, but forgot to do it in the .txt version.

Oooh, no, unfortunately it's not. hehe I mean you could go in and just change something to allow more, but this added the feature to the Control Panel.
