I'm thinking FTP access to our own small space, so we can run custom CGI files to fetch/manipulate data the way we want... but if that's too much of a security risk than you want to have, we could have manual HTML files (primitive tho they may be) or write our own blogging system / use an existing one... I go with either FTP-upping our files to our own little area, or doing our own blog software, simply to tie it in with the UBB passwords database.
