i got a problem when i try and lock a topic i get this

An error has occured:


Can't obtain exclusive lock: Permission denied at /home/picmania/cgi-bin/ubb6/ubb_lib_files.cgi line 565.


and line 565 of that file is this

flock(FILE, LOCK_EX) or die "Can't obtain exclusive lock: $! ";
} #end lock sr

any ideas whats wrong with it help much appreciated
