I'm currently running:
Ultimate Bulletin BoardTM 6.1.0 Public Beta 1.4
and want to upgrade to the current 6.2 release. Does that mean a complete reinstall of all hacks....or is there a way around having to do that?

usually you have to reinstall all the hacks, and since you are upgrading from 6.1.0 to 6.2 you will have to rehack again.
