When a user with moderator rights for (even just 1) forum, enters the following URL:

http://enter your URL here/cgi-bin/search.cgi?action=introprivate

They can see the topics of ALL private forums, although they can't open them and view the posts I would like to keep even the topics private...

What am I doing wrong?

(5.47e, no hacks,mods etc..)

Any response much appreciated...

Easy there CC!!! smile

Seriously...I just tried it and got:

"In order to search through the forum private forums, you must first identify yourself so that we can verify which forums you have permission to read. Only administrators and moderators may search through all private forums."

And was required to enter username and password...even then it only took me to the search page. Is it just Mods...or Admins too? I tried an Admin account for the above results. smile

All mods can search using this, even the ones that just have one forum to moderate... I can't find a way to block it through the CP...
