Does anyone know how I can change the date of the board setup?

oke i know its wrong but instead of upgrading my board from 6.2.0 to 6.2.1.1 i installed the new board and hacked it with all the hacks of the old one and some new ones and then i put in the member database and the forums database from the old one to the new one i have some problems now offcourse the stats are messed up thats why i want to change the date when the board opened, but also no one can register at my board

i tried what they said there but my forum didnt open correctlty after it

But this aint my biggest problem.

I still hope that anyone knows a solution to my other problems, coz no one can register at my board now
