now it is time to upgrade .. but i don't want to loose my hard work .. translating and making my own templates ..
which files do i have to upload .. only the cgi-bin dir or ?

Your best bet - open the b7.1 zip and the b7.5 zip, then sort each by time. The timestmp of the newest file in b7.1 should be used as a marker in the b7.5 zip. Anything newer in b7.5 needs to be uploaded. The rest can be ignored.
