Internal server error after upgrade to 6.1.0

I follow the upgrade instructions and check that the permissions are all correct. What now?

Ok this part is solved by changing this UBBCGI directory to uppercase . But now I'm getting this error

Reupload your Templates.
Reupload your CGI files.
Something in your install is FUBAR.
