i click on the user name to try modify the profile so that i can add access to my user to enter restricted forum. But everything is ok except it dun show the profile for that user even it get link to

is there any thing i need to do to get it show the profile. I can view their profile thru the forum, but can't edit them.

pls help. if anyone who can help me out, i can give out the ftp acct and board access if you need to see wats wrong.
