I just got UBB.classic 6.2.1.3

I go to the control panel and click on Miscellaneous>Avatar Images....and it says:

"You do not have permission to access this area."

Same with User Titles. How can I get in here and customize? I am the owner of the board, why can't I get in it? Thanks for your help.

Those are 6.3 features. The links in 6.2.1.3 were put there by mistake.

Is there a hack for avatar images in 6.2.1.3 ?
