at which file I can find the size of the icons, becouse not all of the icons have size 15x15....

In that file, you can either have a fixed size - or comment out the line which controls the icons - then it won't set a width/height attribute. Or you can uncomment out the line which will read the size of the icons and use the actual size.
Every graphic size is controlled from one that one file.
Read the comments at the top of that file for more hints.
