How do I Change the Title Moderator to something else without revoking privs

Moderators don't really have a title - the can use the standard title like everyyone else. U_Status is either Administrator, Moderator or User.

You really can't change this - as the check for it is hardcoded into a majority of the scripts.

yeah found that out oh well i was getting some grief by some people cause I always claimed I would have a modless board and I had to add a few to do some admin stuff while I was away.. if I could have changed it to Helper would have been better..It's the M word that everyone was against.

Then why is it in the language file? If I change it, the mod title changes...

Or are you doing something that I'm not reading here?

The only other issue I'd see would be the automatic M image by the mod's name.

YOu could replace that with the blank.gif file though to "hide" mods. Or use a different file altogether with a different symbol.
