I passed all steps to step 5. Page is loading...and loading... Next I can see white background.
I filled manually all config files - nothing - white background.

I wanted to test 6.5 before general update.

All files and directories are set to 777.
For new forum I created ny database "x"

(I installed it on localhost without any problems.)

You might have a corrupt file in there somewhere... delete them all and re-upload.
