A simple blog add on or mod would be super helpful! I would love to add a blog to my forum without having to use WordPress or another CMS.

this is simple to set up.

1/ Create a forum and choose for that forum's topics to be displayed on the portal.
2/ Give yourself access to create new topics in that forum, but only allow users to create replies.

now whenever you create a new topic, it will appear on the portal page in blog-style format.
you can modify the permissions for that forum as you choose.

Yeah I was going to do that. I just wish UBB wa sable to insert images in the post without having to attach them to the bottom or have them hosted else where and link to them. That way the posts can have blog banner images to give it more of a blog feel.
