ok this is what my friend did to my ubb at htpp://thecage.hypermart.net/cgi-bin/Ultimate.cgi

He knows what he did wouldn't work if i copied the source and threw it onto the Ultimate.cgi

However my question is how can we get that look implemented throughout the ubb? We have no clue at all, has anyone experimented with this before and please tell me if I need to be more specific.

Yes, this is pretty simple to do. You have to have a little knowledge of the board to know what the variables do, so you can add in the clparts of the board, such as the email to a friend link, and the closed thread text. Depending on how farspread you want your look to be, you will need to edit a different amount of files. I did this last night in about an hour(while watching TV) The files I edited were Ultimate.cgi, forumdisplay.cgi, and posting.cgi. There are multiple times in each file. You may need to edit more files if you want the design to be shown in all places.

I forgot to mention ubblibrary2.pl, search.cgi, the faq file...and still others...
