Simply add align=absbottom to the image tag of each of those images in ubb_libray2.pl and it will look like http://www.moviefanonline.com/cgi-bin/ultimate/ubb/Forum26/HTML/000033.html in both IE and NS.

One of the millions of html code tweaks I've done.
