I need a font which looks good even if it is smaller then 8 pixel
for example like in the frame of this page:

I don't know what that font they used is called, sorry. Email the webmaster and ask him, is what I would suggest.

As for other good small screen fonts, I think Squage posted a link to a really good typography site, not too long ago, that had the Silkscreen font on it. Silkscreen and Sevenet are the two best small fonts, IMHO. Look through some of the back posts and see if you can't find that link. Or maybe ask nicely and Squage might post it again.
