Transparent Smilies - 05/02/2001 11:21 PM
I thought I would try something new here...
I have built "transparent smilies" with both a black and white border, to complement any web site that chooses to employ them...the white ones posted here probably won't look too impressive...I wanted to give them a very dark background for contrast, but apparently cannot employ HTML here...so here they are...and the Smilies.zip file has been updated to include them.
Usual small print: As always, they are "public domain," feel free to copy them, just don't bounce them off our web site. Thanks!
