I'm having a prob with my UD agent. I completed a task and it was going to send it to the UD server and it couldn't connect to it. After that is seemed to connect and then download a task. (My points at the top still remained the same, do they change after you download your new task?). While it was downloading, it just freezes and stops. What I did then was exit the program but then I still find it running when I press Ctrl+alt+del. It ends up not responding so the UD prog ends up just not responding while it's downloading. Whats the prob? Was the server down or is it my UD? Thanks.

They had server downtime yesterday due to upgrades... it should be cleared up today.
