Is there a trick to starting a sub-team? I think I could sell this np to some people that frequent my BB. Point me in the right direction PLZ.

The best way is probably open a new forum "Team Dark Watch", and post there about the project (help finding a cure for cancer), and encourage your users to join by giving them avatars for their ranks (like here). When you get another user you have a subteam

To start a sub-team do you need the participants Device names or the user names?

We need their UD username.

Mine is ~Deb~. Most sub-teams add the sub-team name before their name, ie. [IGRAIN]Chrimera, so it's easier for the captain to add the points.
