I see Jimtools has a search engine submitter tool.

Has anybody used it?

Is it a good idea to use?

(I have seen advice somewhere not to use mass submitters. But I do have a sense of trust for what this guy does. And I am short on time to do a lot of special submission work for my site....)

Would it make sense to submit by hand to the major sites, and then go to jimtools for submission to others?

Already did use it, both for the search engines and the directories. Now I need to go back and do the hand submits.
