The new icon that indicates no new/new posts arrived in boards may confused the user since they have the same color.

My suggestion is to modify the one that indicate NO NEW posts to a gray or yellow but with a light gray layer on it. Or to modify the one indicate NEW posts to a red color.

That might help users quickly understand fully at a glance if there were a bunch of forums displayed in one page.

I was thinking the same thing, although it might be more consistent with the rest of the software to make the "no new" icon yellow and the "new" icon orange.

Made two new icons to choose from, one grey, one yellow.

So now you can choose among:

2. [foto]http://www.wwwthreads.com/files/41896-nonewposts[grey].gif[/foto] Grey.
3. [foto]http://www.wwwthreads.com/files/41897-nonewposts[yellow].gif[/foto] Yellow.
