In the 5.1.2b2 version, the welcome stylesheet is called in the <tr> tag, which doesn't work:

<TR class="welcome">

Setting it to be called in the <td> part works fine:

<td align="left" class="welcome">

<td align="right" class="welcome">

Also, the time format seems to want to use the longer format (includes the seconds). This happens on my site as well as on yours.
