Those are additions by the geniuses here! (To me they are geniuses, because I'm not a programmer.)

But if you visit the Customizing & Code Hacks Forum and the Forum Design Integration Forum you'll see where all these neat "additions" or hacks can be downloaded and installed.

As of a week or two ago, I'm running a pretty "hacked" version and my users LOVE it all!

As mentioned, you should check out the Customizing & Hacks forum. There are a number of changes that have been posted there.

If you plan on "hacking" up your board, you'll want to invest in a program like Beyond Compare from http://www.scootersoftware.com. It will allow you to do line-by-line comparrisons between files which is a must when it comes to upgrading.

I have added "Mark All Read" and "Post Icon" function
for my test forum. I think these are really useful,
thank for their perfect works []https://www.ubbdev.com/threads/php/images/icons/smile.gif[/]

"can't logout" seems not a bug,
I found there are two cookies for one URL
in cookie file(Netscape),logout.php
just cut the last one. so I can't logout.
after I fix the cookie file, logout.php works well. []https://www.ubbdev.com/threads/php/images/icons/smile.gif[/]

Who could tell me why my "Make post" box
have with UBBCode/HTML option even though
in the board which doesn't support for HTML?

It does that when you are the admin... The admin can override the HTML in the post. I think moderators as well. If you log in as a regular user, you won't see it.
