If you downloaded this - redownload it.
After I put it here and went "live" using it - I saw a few things that needed tweaking. So I changed it a bit - fixing alot of "hover" background colors that I had goofed up.

This is also Orange and Black themed and might be suitable for anyone wanting a Halloween themed skin.
