Josh, I copied the info, tried to create new, didn't work, had 3 errors... then saved as file, uploaded it, shows in the admin panel, but won't show for users to choose.

?? What can I do to fix ?

You have to activate the stylesheet in your theme file. If you have difficulty creating a new stylesheet or modifing the theme file, I'd look at all the file permissions and make sure they are correct per the install manual.
