Usertitle search and Usertitle column in Userlist page

Hi guys,

I want to add a column to the User List Page.
The column should contain the users User title sorted by max first.

In the admin section there is no option to search for users based on their title.
Seems that Rick has forgotten this...

Anyone with an idea?

Can someone move this to the suggestion forum cause no one seems to have a solution for this now
