Would it be difficult to allow smilies to be referenced by URL for upload versus having to save them to a local disk first?

I coded it up, wasn't too hard.... it people want it, I'll post it.

That's a cool idea.

Basically I added a another option to the add page which was a prompt for a URL. In the do file, I run an fopen() to grab the image if the POST filename is empty.
