Coppa Hack (Children Online Privacy Proctection Act)

Okay I know the latest version of UBB has this required feature installed already but for the version below 5.45 doesn't have it..so I just make this available if anyone who has the version below 5.45 or any version that doesn't have COPPA feature and wish to install then you can try this hack...

No change!

I need help installing this on Ultimate.cgi. I have version 5.44a and when I finish installing it, it comes up with a Internal Server Error. I don't know what I did wrong. Can someone help?

It said it was a premature ending.
