Description: Able to post new topics from viewing a topic. Adds a New post link at the top of the showflat and showthread pages. Users from ubb.classic will enjoy this, as you no longer have to waste that click back to the index to make a new topic.

Info/Instructions: I've only tried this on 6.2.x. It should work on other versions, though until I tried or someone else does, it will be 6.2 for now
