Is there a way to make it so only members with at least x posts may enter particular forums?

For example, say you want to have a forum that only members that have say 20 posts or more may enter.

Is there a way to do this? I searched for something like that in beta and finished mods but I had no luck.

Am I just missing it or is this maybe a good idea for a new hack. Surely I am not the first person to think of it.

I am not that keen on the whole perl scripting and ubb modding or I would attempt to do this myself. Thanks to anyone that can help.
