a hack to let the admin close the ubb and surf it, cna help while putting in new templates or hacks, or a new style.

This has been mentioned a few times in the past, and would be a great tool. Sometimes though, opening the board back up and loading the summary page is kinda thrilling...then again sometimes is not a good thing. Having the ability to test the boards functions and looks while it's closed would be awesome.

yea i know its been tlaked about before, it really helped me with a few things over at AF, has vB dose it by default, its very handey, i HOPE this gets done, would help alot in porting AF to ubb
