Having option to view Expanded threads on Topics

Is it possible to have users be able to goto a forum and see all the topics expanded? I found a site that uses DC Scripts version of a bulleting board, seems pretty similar, actually UBB seems alot more feature rich, except I noticed with DC that you have the option to view a forum with all topics and replies to those topics expanded in one window: http://www.notenetwork.com/cgi-bin/dcforum/dcboard.cgi?az=list&forum=DCForumID2& conf=DCConfID2

See the "Expand Threads" option in the upper left hand? I REALLY Want this option! Willing to pay whatever it costs.
