can someone make a hack that doesent allow people into a catagory unless they have a certian amount of posts? i am sure this wouldent be that hard but hay what do i know

I do this at my website, but manually. When a person gets to a certain amount, I just give them permissions to the private forum.

can someone make a hack were you set the number then they can post in a certain forum?
