i've just logged in at my mail account today, and suddenly i had an idea :

they use to make announcements from time to time, and to make you see them, they'll place a page AFTER the login and BEFORE you'll come to your mail account. and that of course only one time (that's the point where i need help, otherwise i'd try make it myself )

i would like to see something like this for ubb, cuz that would be a great and nice-looking way to make announcements, wouldn't it
