Is there a hack or can it be made so that a member would have to post a certain number of posts before entering a forum or viewing it's contents.
Also adjustible for the post count.

Same Here I Would Like To Have It So If A Members Say Post 30 Messages they would automaticly be allowed in the forum to the forums that are the setting for this would have to me in the template i would do it if i could but im not that good yet still learning how cgi works ...
Hmm, I suggested this a couple months back but never got a reply. I tried working on it but got no where cause I don't understand how people get access to forums.. But I could use the idea like hidden forums. I will take a look but no gurantees.
can someone else also work on this?
