How about a profile setting for users to choose their own font?
Just have it with customised colors,sizes ect..
And have an option to limit sizes(for those that don't want spammers going around always typing in size 7)

I found this hack, which lets a user choose a Username Font, Username Color and Post font. Although it takes up three of your Registration Custom fields.

Well,in that case,is there a hack for more custom fields?
