hi in the registration i want all my members to have the option to recieve emails from admin, i want to make the switch un movable and always set to yes even if they try to move it to no it will stay on yes.

and in the terms and conditions i will add a part which states that by joining our board you accept that you admins and mods can send you e-mails about news updates etc (something on them lines but a lot better lol)
