Yes the old hack by borg has been remade in a way. I have successfully made my version of this hack. Heres how mine work. It bans a user from and individual forum based on there member number. It doesn't let them view the forum, thread in that forum, or start new topic and or poll, it also doesn't let them reply to topics. I have take the steps to ensure a complete ban from the forum. I am about to make my cp part of it in a bit. It will be on the forum details screen more than likely. On new poll pages they can't even veiw the form. On new topic and add reply pages they can veiw the form but not actualy use it when they hit submit it will tell them there banned from that forum. They will not be banned from the other forums just the one they are told to be banned from.

Now if i see enough people interested in this hack i will document it up and give you guys it.
