Sorry for my ignorance and all, but... Could you elaborate please?

a 0-poster hack is a hack that shows me all users they have no posting in a board so i can easily delete them...

That's stock in UBB6. Go to your CP -> Members -> View/Edit Member Records, and click Advanced Search. You should see the option there.
